Your brand need guideline, not SOP

SOP is standard operating procedure.

It’s a step-by-step instructions compiled by a company for their employees.

But SOP aren’t always useful,especially for a growing brand.

Creating an SOP takes a lot of time, energy & efforts.

Because to create a truly cohesive & complete SOP is hard.

By the time you finish creating an SOP, your brand will have changed already.

Your brand is always changing & evolving.

So I think having an SOP is pointless.

What your brand actually need is a guideline instead.

You need guideline so that your brand have space for growth, some wiggle room.

Still have some structure but not too loose that it will breakdown at the smallest sign of uncertainty.
