The actual bottleneck in a growing business

Biggest bottleneck for a growing business is not sale, it’s not marketing.

It’s actually decision-making.

When you get to a point where most of the execution is done by your team or employees, you only need to give out orders & making decisions.

A lot of the things that’s happening on a daily basis will rely a lot on how well & how fast can you make decisions.

So there’s not a lot of time for you to hesitate & overthink.

Because your business depends on your decisions to move forward.

But I get it, it is kinda scary to have that much responsibility & pressure on you.

Especially if you’re just starting out.

What if it’s the wrong decision?

What if there’s a better way to get it done?

Sure, there’s always that.

But it’s not always the best to do so.

In business, speed matters, the quicker & agile you are, the better it is.

Think of it like this.

The more you decide & just do things, the more data points & inputs you get to make things better.

So the next time you decide, you’ll decide better.

Business involves a lot of risks.

But if you don’t take any risks, you’ll forever be stuck.
