If you want something from someone, you need to ask them. If you never ask, the answer will always be no. In marketing it’s called a CTA. It stands for call to action. What is it and what is it for?
CTA is an instruction to encourage an immediate response from the audience. CTA is everywhere. It is designed to help people decide on the next action they should take.
CTA comes in many forms. Buttons, links or just plain texts. Example: “Buy Now”, “Learn More”, “Subscribe”.
So when you’re designing a promo poster or creating a website, make sure to include a CTA. Point your audience to the right direction they need to go.
