We buy in on emotion and justify it with logic. That’s just how our brains work.
The more emotional we are, the easier it is for us to take action.
And the best way to invoke emotions is through story.

1. Make it relatable.
Every story needs a hero and your customer should be the protagonist in the story that you’re telling.
2. Create emotion.
Fear, anger, joy, sad. Give them something to feel about.
Use words that could trigger certain emotions.
3. Call to action / adventure.
Your hero have goals and challenges to overcome. They will need some help.
This is where you come in. Offer your hero the help he needed.
